Obverse Design
|
The chit has three lines of text, stamped on it at a slight angle.
The top line says ABARROTERIA with medium size capital letters.
The second line in a large font says "IMPERIAL" in quotes.
The bottom line appears to be the address. Unfortunately the stamp is
blotchy on both sides. As best I can make it out, it is a four digit number,
the word "Avenida" (Avenue), then the Avenue name Cxlxxxx, a comma and
then Cxlxx (perhaps Colon or Calle which means Street).
It appears that the chit was made with a hand-made ink stamp.
